Objective

The purpose of this contract is to enable the University of Washington (UW) and the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to cooperatively provide professional experience, training, and research opportunities to students from the UW"s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the WSDOT's Traffic Management Center (TMC) and other WSDOT facilities. These students, under the supervision of WSDOT engineers, will operate the FLOW system and conduct research and analysis tasks as requested.
