Objective

Develop Green Roads into an implementable standard at the state DOT level. The State Pavement Technology Consortium (SPTC) provides an ideal forum of engaged state DOTs to collaborate on one overarching standard applicable to all. This research would fund collaboration among all five SPTC states to create a draft Green Roads standard acceptable to all five states.
