Paperwork has been filed for a no-cost extension until 8/31. Draft report has been submitted to WSDOT Program Manager. We are working to schedule a presentation with WSDOT personnel in early August to facilitate delivery of the revised final report by 8/31. |

Problems are in the past, but they included delays obtaining data for WSDOT combined with working with technical personnel at WSDOT who had no prior experience dealing with contractors. Regional personnel were suspicious of the motivation of Olympia-based staff. |
